Size A Quilt Calculator Updated

Today I updated the Design / Size A Quilt Calculator. I added two more features suggested by subscribers:

  • The first new feature is the addition of results for Sashing Without Cornerstones. This is actually horizontal rows of plain sashing between the block rows, shown in blue. Piece strips together to make one long strip. Measure the quilt width an cut each sashing row to that length. Additionally, there is sashing between the blocks, shown in yellow.

  • The second new feature is the addition of results for 108″ wide backing fabric. This calculation applies to quilt tops up to 100″ wide and 100″ tall.

There is no need to check additional options in the calculator. Theses features are simply calculated and the results shown with all the others.

Using the Size A Quilt Calculator
